Anyway...
Well, I've finally had the time (willingness?) to construct my blog where I talk about the stuff that I've been finding lately that is provocative, cool, interesting or that I deem important to check out....
It's going to take some trial and error, but what doesn't?
Here's a couple of musical shout-outs!
-Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. These guys are just good and fun, I can't get this song out of my head. Dreadfully charming
-Volcano Choir. Justin Vernon, the guy who is Bon Iver's new thing. Primarily minimalist melodies and vocals. Apparently the songs were written back in '05 but it took about 3 years for this to come together. Not a great, I'll-listen-to-it-500 times album, but for those with curious ears, definitely worth a listen:

In other news, I finally broke and ordered a new crankset, which is going to require a new bottom bracket, but nonetheless, I'm stoked. It's a bummer to have to replace age-old parts, but this is a preformance and necessity. Glad I could find a metallic purple crankset to match the rest of my Mardi Gras bike. Hopefully I can get everything rebuilt by Monday to bike to school. Soon I'll be able to take the final draft photos of Dionysus and it'll be golden!
